Diyanet Silikon Vadisi Ertu\u011frul Gazi Camii\u2019nin kurulu\u015f ser\u00fcveni, 1993\u2019te Turkish-American Religious Foundation (TARF)\u2019\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ile ba\u015flar. Uzun y\u0131l- lar boyunca bu tohum filizlenir ve 2015\u2019te TARF – Silicon Valley \u015fubesinin kurul- mas\u0131yla birlikte olu\u015fum h\u0131z kazan\u0131r. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Diyanet Silicon Valley, ilk mescidini Burlingame\u2019de ge\u00e7ici olarak bir binada a\u00e7ar. Ancak resm\u00ee izinler konusunda sorunlar ya\u015fan\u0131r ve 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda mescit kapat\u0131lmak zorunda kal\u0131r.<\/p>

Daha sonra mescit i\u00e7in sat\u0131n al\u0131nabilecek bir gayrimenkul aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na ba\u015flan\u0131r. 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k uzun aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Redwood City\u2019de bulunan bir kilise, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda c\u00f6mert toplulu\u011fumuzun el ve g\u00f6n\u00fcl birli\u011fiyle sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131r. 2,5 y\u0131l s\u00fcren yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan sonra mescidin tadilat\u0131 tamamlan\u0131r ve Diyanet Silikon Vadisi (Er- tu\u011frul Gazi Camii) 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Ocak ay\u0131nda yap\u0131lan resm\u00ee t\u00f6renle ibadete a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>

Kuruldu\u011fu ilk g\u00fcnden bu yana misyonu:<\/p>

  • \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131 her ya\u015ftan, \u0131rktan, renkten, cinsiyetten, inan\u0131\u015ftan insanlara do\u011fru bir<\/li><\/ul>

    • \u0130htiya\u00e7 sahiplerine y\u00f6nelik toplumsal hizmetler sunmak ve<\/li><\/ul>
      • T\u00fcrk-\u0130sl\u00e2m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015famak ve ya\u015fatmak<\/li><\/ul>

        The founding journey of the Diyanet Silicon Valley Ertugrul Gazi Masjid began in 1993 with the establishment of the Turkish-American Religious Founda- tion (TARF). For many years, this seed slowly grew, and in 2015, with the found- ing of TARF\u2019s Silicon Valley branch, the process accelerated. In 2016, Diyanet Sil- icon Valley opened its first mosque temporarily in a building in Burlingame. How- ever, due to issues with official permits, the mosque had to be closed in 2018.<\/p>

        This led to the beginning of a search for a property that could be purchased and converted into a permanent mosque. After a long four-year search, a church located in Redwood City was purchased in 2022 thanks to the unity and generosity of our devoted community. Following 2.5 years of extensive renovation work, the mosque\u2019s restoration was completed, and Diyanet Silicon Valley (Ertugrul Gazi Masjid) was officially opened for worship in January 2025.<\/p>

        Since its inception, the mission of Diyanet Silicon Valley Ertugrul Gazi Masjid has been:<\/p>

        • To convey and teach Islam accurately to people of all ages, races, colors, genders, and beliefs,<\/li>
        • To provide social services for those in need, and<\/li>
        • To live by and preserve the Turkish-Islamic<\/li><\/ul>

          Over the years, the following individuals have served as heads of the associ- ation: Bahad\u0131r Erta\u015f, S\u00fcleyman Ye\u015filyurt, Erg\u00fcn G\u00fcrs\u00fcl, O\u011fuz Olcay, and Serhat Naz\u0131m Avc\u0131. The mosque has also been served by the following religious officers: Mahmut Alpayd\u0131n, Hasan Mollao\u011flu, and Fatih G\u00fcle\u00e7.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
